Will i be in front of a judge or jury...Im pretty nervous as Ive only been to court once, though it was for a speeding ticket lol....any one have experience with this? Mostly trying to see how much you will incriminate yourself. take your lawyer with you, if ya don't have one, then say as little as possible...
