KICKERKX1200 Posted January 19, 2007 Report Posted January 19, 2007 first was 2 bumper 12's and a sentrek 250 amp with realistic highs run off head unit. now 4 comp vr 12's in a cut through 14cf ported @35hz does 143.7 @38hz. kicker mids and highs zx460 for highs and kx1200.1 for subs, clarion drx925vd. all in a 2000 f-150 ex-cab

It had a nice tight bass, but was not giving me the boom you would get from a ported box for bass heavy rap. it was my first "real" system, so as they say live and learn
