well you need a head unit

0 guage wiring

high output alternator

2 batteries in the back

for headunit depending on what kind of options you want your looking around $250 for a decent one up to $400 for a really nice one

for 0 guage wiring kicker has pkd1 0 guage kits for $85 each..you need to measure the length from the battery up front to the area in the back and also add a few extra feet for curves and corners..

for batteries i would go with some power masters if you got the cash go with some d3100 models $300 each but if your strapped for cash you can go cheaper

QUestion for you, what makes the rf amp stand out from the rest?

Well first of all, they have been on top of there game for many years. Secondly, their amps will put out far more than rated power and it is clean power. Also they do so without using up too much juice from you electrical like some companies. And, I have heard great things about there customer service, although with years of using RF I have never needed to contact them. I'm not saying they are the best, I am just recommending them from personal experience.

With two BTL 15s, you can expect to do around 152-155db or so which is LOUD. Right now I shake houses and flex the shit out of my car.

Dont Expect anything nearly this loud

Ramen Im guessing you have never heard a 150+ vehicle on music, its just not that easy.
