I don't sweat the small boxes 2 18's don't take that much time. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. No-Wall vans with 2 18's were doing 163 at finals, so who frikin cares. Try playing some SLOWED + CHOPPED " Little John " " Throw it up" Then we will see who is loud. BACK ON TOPIC thats Exactly my point of perspective. im not the type to compete...yet. i just love hearing the lows and seeing shit in my car shake. this thing is gonna do just that. can't wait to see some vids i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work? David Posted June 14, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 14, 2008 ok I got the box done except for a little bit of glass and mud work, I still need to finish wiring it up which I will do after bit. onto teh pictures! some speaker connection bolts ( thanks steve genious Idea) you can also see my new top plates I made becuase I didnt like the old ones. front panel is glued/screwed in so its time to do the top. some of my bracing, I still need to brace the front panel, but Im fresh out of resin. the box is built, I just need to fill in my screw holes, and seams and the finish the box with some kinds coating.( probably roll on bedliner) more later.
