Back on topic anyone? I would love to see a competition/friendly or otherwise to see what can be achieved with "LOW end product"...or even a "crazy 8's" competition where you are limited to the same gear or only a certain number of 8's and or budget. 2000LADE got really close...maybe even did it, but it got swept under the rug as he shipped out to amred forces duty.... with his wall of 4-15's in his lady's ride with the AR subs...well built setup w/ bottom barrel gear....I don't think I'm the only one interested in this kinda experiment...am I? I'm not ready to post it, but the "tests" you guys did with the 2 CVR 15's and the sundown amp in the altima and suv pushed me over the edge to do a similar-"all performance", low dollar daily setup, and I will post it once it's done/metered. it's 2 CVR 15's ina big ol slot ported box in my hatch. Derrick824
Maybe a 15" CVR? Wish I had access to one because I'm really curious what it would do in my box. The cvr is a great sub for beat on a budget. I only wish it could handle a lil bit more power. We did a BassRace test run today and that single cvr 15 can run in the 139.9 class but it won't like you afterwards. I'm gonna have to pick up a Type R 15" next since I believe its the next best sub for the money.

Beanz
150 isn't that hard uh oh steves gonna go on here next and say "160 isnt that hard" That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do. dungycolts18
Thats a 400watt rms Kicker cvr. It reaches it's mechanical limit way before that amp puts out 1500watts. I'll clamp it later to see the actual wattage output. Baby steps. 150db on a tone then on music. its 500 rms, 1000 peak it'll take a year, 5000 dollars, hard work, and some help from friends but it will work (\__/) (='.'=) This is Bunny.
