flashlight_65 Posted July 14, 2008 Report Posted July 14, 2008 fuck it gp, most dont know and cant appriciate the hard work and skill it takes to produce something of this caliber. then you bring it to SMD or other car audio sites and show people that enjoy, understand and not to mention learn from the work you do thats where it should count. cavzilla is baaaad mutha' fucka and leave it to some idiot to fuck with your work. it's one of those things that you've worked on for sooooo long it just becomes routine. not to hold your nuts around in a silver spoon but if it werent for your worklogs i probably wouldve come out with a henious end product with my speaker pods and subwoofer enclosure let alone fuck around with glass at all. I quit going and entering car shows simply because usually the people that put the car shows on, no matter who showed up, they already had 1st, 2nd, 3rd place picked out. Usually someone in the sponsors club. Pissed me off. I had such a better looking ride than most. Clean interior, engine, paint looked like it was sprayed a day ago. It didn't matter someone with a rust bucket that just started showing always won. Thats why i don't do that stuff anymore. Not to mention that was 7 yrs ago. Car looked alot better. Hell just keep your car and say f@ck you haters.

No matter what, even though we (people far form where you are) can't see the car in person, we still have mad respect for it and your work. You're always gonna get haters, especially at car shows (reason for me doing a lot less lately). But we at SMD will always like the work you do and have done. Wish I had the money, I'd buy that thing in a heartbeat. Just to let it sit until my kid gets old enough to drive. Oh well, I got a powerwheels to think about first.
