David Posted July 29, 2008 Report Share Posted July 29, 2008 well I designed the box for 1000 watts rms, so you have a little bit more power than I thougt you would. when designing box's I account for power, ( bigger boxes for less power and smaller boxes for more power than rms) you should be fine as I know rusty under rates his subs alil bit. if they start to smell, back off the volume untill it cools down, if you hear it make any noise back off the volume, if it bottoms out at all, pm and we can make arrangements to make the box abit smaller.
