Pokey
If you want something that will last you a year....make sure you buy new w/ a warranty just in case anything ever happnes to it. Check who you buy from also to make sure they're an authorized dealer and can honor the warranty.

Pokey
What's the fuse rating on them? I couldn't see any in the pics I looked at. they may not even have fuses, you may have to use ANL on the line, some planet audios are like that, or they are internal x2. [glow=red,2,300]they dont have fuses, but in the manual, they say they cant pull more than 160, so a 200 would suffice.[/glow] If that's the amp you're gonna get, go for it. Just remember what he says about the fuse rating....make sure to get a good install kit and fuse.

Pokey
There's no such thing as overkill when it comes to wiring, but that fuse is way more then he needs. The stinger SWK0 kit would be good for him. 1/0 ga wire and 250 amp ANL fuse...along with everything else he would need to hook it up.
Luda
got hook ups @ the local myer emco, monster 1/0GA wiring all the way back, 250 amp ANL fuse under the hood, and 8GA wire to the box, and box to the subs, and one very sanded down ground. and ill prolly pick up some spare fuses, cuz well... shit goes wrong and you cant run up to the local auto parts store and get a 250A anl fuse... so ya... 2005 Grand PrixSource: StockFronts: Stock 6.5 ComponentsRears: Stock 6x9Subwoofer: FI BTL 12" Fully optionedSubwoofer amplifier: Kenwood KAC-7203 bridged @ 4ΩEnclosure: 3.41cuft tuned to 33hz
