doug118
So difficult that this truck doesnt even do it. Everyone is saying it lays on 30's but it doesnt lay out, it's just bagged. Would you say chicken's escalade lays out on the 26's??? no, neither does this. lol how does it not lay out? Chicken's caddy is "just bagged". the mic truck is far from "just bagged". custom 4 link, custom front tubular control arms, c-notch, etc etc. have you seen behind the running boards? look at the distance from the front bumper to the ground. that frame can't be any more then an inch off the ground, if it doesn't sit flat on the ground. I can't find build pics to see if the running boards are level with the frame so I'm not going to say that it does lay frame but its on 30's for christ sake! put 28's on it with the same tires and it would crush those running boards when aired out 2001 Tahoe. HHR Ed
Its nice, definitely not one of the sickest trucks ever. Just pretty nice. If you have to put 28's on it to lay out, then put 28's on it. I'll give someone who does that more credit than some dumbass who puts 30's on there and cant lay out. you're clearly more hung up on a lack-luster truck on big wheels, than an amazing truck on not-so-big wheels. doug118
yep. the bigger the better. I'd rather have a truck that lays running boards on 30's then something you see much more often such as a truck laying frame on 26's 2001 Tahoe. HHR Ed
When you say "Sickest Truck Ever" It make me think of something like this. Custom paint, chopped top, custom engine, body work, custom interior, dropped and wheels. The other truck is nice, but its still pretty much a stock truck with big wheels and an airbag kit. doug118
smh. every bit of that truck's suspension is custom made. there is nothing on there that is part of a "kit" 2001 Tahoe. 01xtreme
smh. every bit of that truck's suspension is custom made. there is nothing on there that is part of a "kit" ...and? There is nothing new about that. Now if they had some sick ass cantilever setup that were capable of laying on 30s and were actually laying something other than runningboards then I'd show more respect. Not saying what they did was easy, but don't try putting the builders in a class they don't belong. Is it innovative? Yes, of course. Sickest truck ever? Not even close.
