With Glassing the interior seams, plenty of front to back threaded rod and some other stuff i have up my sleeves it should be plenty strong. (i replied back over on respek) if you put the front in first you can screw the baffle from the inside.then build the back part glass up the seams and you are good to go. Need any thing chromed?
