Aaron813 Posted January 27, 2008 Report Posted January 27, 2008 make sure you buy .065 square stock, the .090 is hard to weld with hobby style mig welder it akes alot of heat to get good penareation.Ok thats what i was looking at today if the yard i go to doesnt have enough ,065 and i have to get .090 then im gonna tig weld it i hope they have enough though

David Posted February 2, 2008 Author Report Posted February 2, 2008 Damn David....Awesome...and here I thought my wall was overbuilt. heh...... old wise man once said............. nevah tooo strong! young danielson. eventually,the whole bottom space will be solid, so I can then weld the floor to that and add some allthread in the frame, its not ever comming out.

I feel ya on the cold, I wanted to work like a crackhead tonight but my old joints said no. Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
