Bills Posted February 2, 2009 Author Report Posted February 2, 2009 ok, figured out what is up with my ports. i'm gonna have to tune to 40hz so the ports won't be rubbing on my subs. with the change there should be enough room for the top ports to still work properly, so i'm going to cut them down. Starting the 45s in there and i know this is going to take a long time for me cause i'm allways busy and can only do one corner at atime. lol. so i need to be patient. everything is running smoothly now. and here are todays pics. It makes for a stronger box. ok, sweet. makes sense. but like i said. haha, noob to the doubleness of the baffle. hahahopefuly i can start getting the trim panels started soon and get my 45's done asap. haha. Ya, my last two boxes before the last were about the same setup. subs up port back. but they were never 4" away from the tailgate. so this should be really good. hopefully 40hz tunning will sound good.
