Texas Tech
I remember reading somewhere that you should sand the square edge of the port, do you guys do that? Quote Baylor University Accounting

Texas Tech
well i dont have a router but i iwll round them off. another question about ports, i know how to calculate port area and all but what does port area effect? like the more sq in.'s versus less sq in.'s- what happens when there is more port area versus less port area Quote Baylor University Accounting
David
more port area more air flow, less = less flow/ with the possibilities of port noise

Forevrbumpn
rounding the port with router bits x10 But no, rounding the ports do not make it hit harder at all, Aero port's, and rounded slot ports only help with wind noise reduction, BUT helps with the aerodynamics of the box air flow. Which, always in any case helps Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
