moh.vze.com
Does your headunits display the track title when you play a cd? For some reason when I burn my mp3's, there's only an option that lets me type in the Album title and this would then get displayed when I play the CD in my car, but how do I have it so it shows the track name? What software do I need? raytard
depending on the headunit, if it has "id3" tag support, just drag files to a folder in your computer and use windows to burn the cd, should work fine, and most units can navigate a file system, if you want to keep everything organized Quote Build: http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/ind...hl=avalon+build monster/rockford/kicker/stinger cables, pioneer source, jbl highs/amps, kinetik/shuriken batts, iraggi alt, dei security, dc subs(atleast for now) Team DC

reinke
i use windows media player. my buddy works for microsoft and in the version that is coming out in 2010 you are able to type all the info in. or if you copy a CD it does it automatically. i have been using it ever since he built my computer. i have no idea if the older versions do this. audiofanaticz
the only cd my HU has ever read was Gorilla Zoe welcome to the jungle...thats it Only a handful of store bought cd's have that support, Dj unk - beating down your block has it too I think. x2 on Nero's. Artist name and track always show up on my deck. x3 I use to use nero and it supported it too. I now use deep burner and it also does display artist/song info too. Its in the burning program that you use. Most MP3 cd players support the artist/song info, but if your using something like windows media player to burn cd's you wont have that feature.
