Forevrbumpn Posted September 29, 2008 Report Posted September 29, 2008 wow how thick was the solder wire? honestly, using a thinner wire melts almost instantly so you do have to deal with over heating, and melting the rubber just clamp the cable, and get yourself about 2ft of some thin gauge solder, pre heat the terminal- UN- crimped for about 20 seconds or so, then feed the solder in to the strands, and the terminal while it melts fast Quote I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.
