Multiple Mixed Batteries

Recommended Posts

still could be a no-no. i run 2 3000D's off a slightly bigger alt and it's still a no-no ;) (just till i can get some shit fixed up lol)

how exactly is it bad? what will it do? ill be upgrading my alternator as whell but the 2 wet cells under the hood have under a month of use on them and im not seeing how the extra batteries regardless or wet or dry is going to be bad, i thought more battery bank was good

Hmm this seems to be a good question! I have a yellow cap up front and a Xstatic batcap out in the back. So my ears are plugged!

ive had 2 wet cell under my hood and 5 dry cell in the rear of the van since i cant remember and i have yet to have a problem with the batts or with my alts due to the batts. i think the deal with everone saying you have to have the same is down to the money deal and haveing all of one product
