my friend and i are goin to start working on this car his dad pretty much is letting us revamp it u could say and he wants to put subs in it wat you guys think?

-RE SE-X in a 4ftc box tuned to 32hz

-tview touch double din

-rockford punch 6x9s(rear)

-mtx 6.5(front)

front and rear stage will soon be changed build log will start as soon as it aint cold!

IIRC those are rear engine? If not its gonna be a waste of work you will never get the bass response you want in a convertable IMO and if the trunk is in the front its gonna be some work porting it into the front of the cab. But if your up to the challenge I say go for it!

Don;t waste your time....you wont get any output....I know I use to drive a convertible.

i might go with something smaller and sure am i got 4 months this summer of doin nothing might aswell have a little project but hes paying for everything sooo hell why not

have him pay for a newer car ftw=)

the only verts i've seen with any decent lows had a 10 or two between the driver and passenger seats, trunks are useless in most any convertable

like yeah well we can do anything so i might just try and fit a sub somewere in the cabin i dont quiet know yet his dad also has a 97 jag that isnt starting that he will let us mess around wiht
