jonathancullen89
ebay lol, put in your truck year and put HID's and you will get a shit load. im not sure how ur light works or if its like my gf's but you should be able to replace just the bulbs. they have to make aftermarket cases tho since explorers are such popular trucks. i mean they make em for a cavalier, who puts aftermarket lights on a cavy lol (sry for those who did lol) edit: sry saw it was for an older truck, i think if its like most older trucks its the single square lookin light, it is on chevy's anyway. no matter what size shape whatever. im sure ebay has something. jonathancullen89
the bulbs dont come out right? see i was looking for something for one of my older cars that had the same thing. i found on ebay a kit it looks like stock i believe or they had the shiny chrome lookin ones but where the stock light bulb is there is one of those bulb holders so you could put the HID's in its place. its not a sealed like the stock. LSN2meBoom916
Couple options....all depend on how "badly"you want HIDs. buy "the coolest" ones you can find for w/e yr....and just cut the area as large/small as you need it to accomodate the larger/smaller housing and then Fiber Glass them in...that'd be a fun project. In ANY case make sure you incorperate a PROJECTOR so the cuttoff is correct. Either an aftermarket set for a new ford like this http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/99-04-FORD-...A1%7C240%3A1318 Or buy JUST the projector and hack up an old set of stocks to retro fit the projector in that housing. Buy a newer yr "stock" set that has projectors and glass them in. lord knows you got the tech support here to git er done if u were hesitant.
