HOLY SHIT THATS GONNA BE SICK!!! CONGRATS ON A NICE BUILD SO FAR!

hey, how tight do those ports fit?  You might try sinking them in some sealant of some sort and then shooting some finish nails into the sides.  It should work good as long as you dont have too much play in the cut-out.  Plus you cant hardly see the the holes made by the finish nails.

When your done and the sealant is all dry i would run a roundover bit over all of them to give them a little flare.  Its no Aeroport but it will help.  Plus it will look much cleaner.

Nice job so far and dont forget your bracing..... ;D

There is something else you can do to flare the ports a little, If you have something roung and metal, like a round metal bowl, you could take a tourch to the pvc and heat it up enough that the pvc is some what bendable and put the metal bowl into the heated up end of the pvc and apply pressure. if the pvc is hot enough it will flare out.

It can be tricky to do, but ive done it before and tried on a couple other spare parts of pvc first.
