99vic Posted February 1, 2009 Report Share Posted February 1, 2009 i didnt read all the posts, so someone might of said it, i had a family member that had a problem like this. he got the payments up to date and went to the place wherethe loan was from and explained the he couldnt make the payments and didnt want a repo on his name they took the truck sold it at an auction and he had to pay the balance. he owed 19k on the truck after the sale he only had to pay 2k, a lot better than never being able to buy a car again.
