alvitae Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 hmmm i could probably sell it and get a good deal from a friend since hes getting 2 12" kickers.. hehe... hmm if i get 1800 kenwood amp.. i will more than likely have to get another battery or bigger alt correct? This is the 1800 Kenwood I have. I don't run it any more but it served me well. I ran it with stock electrical and 4 gauge wire. It was my second amp and I abused the heck out of it. Sometimes bass boost full, Gain full etc. all kind of experiments while I was learning. Arcing it hooking it up etc. It still works great. I also hit a 142.1 with it in stock 0-600 at a usaci event. People dog kenwood but my experiance with only one has been good. Kenwood

alvitae Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 Well at the moment you are running at 2 ohms, Or can be anyway. But down the road you may upgrade subs. Kenwood isn't rated for one ohm but the Hifonics is. Something to consider anyway. Or I should say mine wasn't on the one ohm rating.
