loganberry Posted February 25, 2009 Report Posted February 25, 2009 well ive been talkin to a friend and what not who is a few states away, hes got some good equipment and pushed him towards dc, but the prefab box he got was a lil snug and the wood hit the back of the box making a bad slapping noise, i told him to pull it out and put some weather stripping on the magnet to keep a "cushion" so to speak between the wood and magnet so there isnt any more slappin, well he did so and put some weather stripping on the gasket too which isnt a problem i dont think...but the fit was tighet now, enter rubber mallet and you get this. i told him there may be a way to fix it before he goes right to getting a new sub, but if it dosnt work he is prepared to get a new sub. i dont know if there is anything to do, but i told him there are some smart people on here and there might be light at the end of his tunnel Quote My F-150 Build GET ON THE BANDWAGON what if they tried messing with the amps when the subs werent louder hahah jk

I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
