HHR Ed Posted March 2, 2009 Report Posted March 2, 2009 only use 1 layer if you use Birch and you have strong steel bracing to eliminate flex, otherwise, go multi layers. I build my walls with 4 layers of .75 minimum. There is gonna be alot of pressure with 2 18s and it will flex even 2 layers braced.
