badasschevy
Thanx guys! I cant say I have ever heard the bar soap one. If I cant fix it, I'll just replace it! its an offroaders trick if they split their fuel tank on the trail, they use the soap to seal it up so they can keep going. JPM75
Here is a pic, its the best I could get! It's a tight fit between the tank and the frame, if I WAS to try and fix it, I'd have to drop the tank to get to where it's leaking! JPM75
is the top of the tank wet? Nah, it's right where the top curves down to the side, on the frame side. cracker
from a auto techs point of view the best thing is to R&R(remove and replace) then you know for sure the prob is solved. repairable products arent 100% but if you dont have to worry about snow and road salt type conditions ya might be cool with a temp repair and replace down the road Quote March 2010 SOTM winner my old buildhttp://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/50219-dank-aka-crackers-bonne-new-v2-build-in-the-works-hahahaaaaaa/page__hl__crackers my youtube page - http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=jackiedan04#g/u my feedback - http://www.stevemeadedesigns.com/board/topic/56540-official-cracker-feedback/ i need tacos and bass to live!!!!! and will NEVER change hahaaaa TEAM NOIZE VIOLATION

Sampsonite
Umm guy.. Take me seriously here.... Until you can afford a new tank.. Go over the hole with a bar of soap. Soap will seal it until you can get it fixed Quote --Sampson 816-591-6592 www.kcrimshop.com
