First a layer or two of glass cloth Few layer of matting More layers Few more and then out it came Here it is trimmed up and ready for the baffle to be glassed on And here is the baffle attached with 3 layer of mat and 2 layer of cloth and painted Came out pretty decent considering my hands are big and this box is small and it was my first time...it fits perfect and its not gonna break at all....I tested it with some pretty decent force....such as slamming it off the floor and wall and hard as I could...
