gary2k7 Posted October 13, 2009 Report Posted October 13, 2009 In that vid it was with the AQ's early this yr. box was 15h x 35w 25.5d Last big show when I gave Frank his smile I was bassracing against 4 18's and was winning all round until 5 secs left when the surround let go of the sub. I shut it off and watched my score plummet. He won 147.5 to my 147. LOL First thing he said was holy fawk those 10's are loud!! Dam man thats insane! I'm hoping to be doing 150+ in an Extended Cab GMC 1500. But I'm keeping the rear seat and stuff it'd go under the seat; my box would be about 51" long, 15.5" deep, and 13-15" tall. Hoping to get it all bought it 2 months, 3 at the most! Then i gotta install it, which is gonna take forever cuz I'm a noob lol.

Is that with Midwest SPL? I didnt know there were any trunks in the states that could do that in DBDrag.

Neel Posted October 14, 2009 Report Posted October 14, 2009 Here is my old car... MM4000.1 , Arc Audio KS300.4 , 3sixty.2 ... did 142s at 32-34hz legal all day, 142.1 at king of cali. The box to the left of the amp was my battery box, the box was secured to the frame of the car so the battery would not move. Also the box was vented outside the car with two 1/4" diameter tubes even though it was a sealed battery ( IASCA rules ) .... it makes me sick seeing alot of these trunk installs having batteries unsecured and some having standard lead acid batteries not in an enclosure and not vented. Keep your installs safe guys... Too Much Stuff to list .
