RamenNoodles
Ok so I have some major roof flex in my accord. When I get the wall, god knows how bad it will be. So I recently purchased a ratchet strap to place over the roof in hopes to keep the roof tightened and give it less flex. My question is, Would this be considered exterior modification of the vehicle? I dont see why it would be because its removable, and you can hold down trunks/windows/hatches for dbdrag. Thanks in advance. Quote Diablo Audio Technologies Fi Car Audio Ascendant Audio
Derrick824
I'm no judge but I'm 99% sure that would be vehicle modification and not allowed.

Boon
I believe it would count as external bracing on the skin of the vehicle and hence it's prohibited in any class, as far as I interpret the rules. EDIT: Wouldn't help much anyway, remember that your roof flexes both up and down Edited April 2, 2009 by Boon Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
reinke
it is illegal. if you go to termpro and read the rules it says that ratchet straps are not allowed. Quote ----reference's---- meade916
kingsuv
Just find a hot chick to wear nothing but a DAT T-shirt, and have her sit on the roof. Quote Designing, building, and shipping boxes. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
