12's Or 15's?

Recommended Posts

Basshead that delay was probably due to a shoddy box build.

I think I'm just going to go with the 12's. But I'll have to wait a lil, I just bought my car (2000 tahoe), and an RF10001bd, so cash is a lil sparse. But im gonna hook up an old sub in a t line and see how it sounds.

eh, i dunno if im ready for an 18 haha. I built a t line today, and the thing sounds real good, although I need to do some work on it. So I think I'm going to get a single sub and build a tranny line enclosure for it. So maybe an Fi Q 12. Something like that. Or a type x 12 if i decide to stay alpine. Both would cost about the same. Q18's are only $310 though...so i dunno.

Well forevrbumpn has me sold on these t lines. So I need a sub with a higher Fs, something that's hard to find in a larger sub. It's being one sub in a t line and two subs ported. a soundstream T4 12 or 15 is my plan for the t line because of the higher Fs of 34 hz and the lower Qts of .371. maybe some Fi's if I decide to go ported. I'm ordering all the wiring to hook up the 10001bd today, so I should be properly amped real soon.
