Boon Posted April 18, 2009 Report Posted April 18, 2009 Not sure exactly what this does, can someone please tell me? Thanks http://cgi.ebay.com/09-NEW-US-AMPS-VLS-1-B...93%3A1|294%3A50 It's a bass boost knob with 7vrms output I think they were made back in the days when amps (particularly US Amps) didn't have their own bass boost. Has variable center frequency so it's pretty much the same as one of the dual-knob RF Punch Bass knobs. 10.x volts fo' life!
Team Bassick - Kimo Posted April 18, 2009 Report Posted April 18, 2009 It looks like a very nice piece. I heard it in the U.S. Amp demo car. I wouldn't mind playing with one in my truck just to check it out. @ Greg KIMO @teambassick http://www.teambassick.com
The Performer Posted April 18, 2009 Report Posted April 18, 2009 No that's more "like" an epicenter. A line driver just gives an overall boost to the signal feed. CERTIFIED BITCHES!!! Not being new at something doesn't mean anything. Just because a prostitute isn't new at what she does, doesn't change the fact that she still 'sucks' Click to see my build! Proud DC owner
newls1 Posted April 18, 2009 Author Report Posted April 18, 2009 Ok, but does this also increase line voltage? Im looking for a nice line driver to compliment my MD3D amp, and my headdeck only have 2v outputs. I love my staffie So anti FACEBOOK it isn't even funny
Beanz Posted April 19, 2009 Report Posted April 19, 2009 No that's more "like" an epicenter.A line driver just gives an overall boost to the signal feed. **SIMILAR TO AN EPICENTER BUT WITH A FLAT FREQUENCY* got thgat from the website. That's why they don't deliver. Yer ass better go sit along the side of the road and wait. You can't expect them to travel up some dirt road in a hick / back woods town. Thats how horror movies start I explain things very simply and use analogies in terms of Pickles, and grape drink, pool noodles and jackhammers...if you can't put 2 and 2 together there man, There simply is not much more I can do.
Guest KyleCannon Posted April 19, 2009 Report Posted April 19, 2009 Go with an audiocontrol matrix for a line driver. I have one and it is very very good. If you want an epicenter, get it from audiocontrol as well.
Darksideofsound Posted April 19, 2009 Report Posted April 19, 2009 My last system i had an audiocontrol three.1, it worked real good! I'm getting another for my current system. it gives you 9.5vrms.
