rusty959 Posted October 20, 2009 Author Report Posted October 20, 2009 wow, never noticed anyone else said anything. lets see... updates... well there hasn't been much, besides reconing one of the lvl4's. unfortunately my summer quickly filled up with work, and the 67 mustang which needed to be in one piece before I left for college. (didn't finish that till the day I left... lol) Obviously now at college, I haven't been able to do anything. Now I was going to do some stuff this last weekend for fall break, but my clutch is going out, and attempting to change that took priority. I was talking to a guy today, and I realized I might have spent atleast as much time if not more designing the box as building it. rusty959 Posted November 15, 2009 Author Report Posted November 15, 2009 Alright guys, thought id throw in a minuscule update. Met up with another audiohead over the weekend. Got to talking a bit, showed him the probe, he showed me what he had, and then it was brought up that he had a TL with him. So obviously I jumped on the opportunity to get metered. Keep in mind I still haven't done anything to the car. I still have air leaking to behind the box, still haven't removed the rear seats etc. All we did to meter was run a sweep, find the peak frequency and hit that note. I didn't adjust anything besides turn up the volume, and I forgot to give the engine a little gas. (which means I was at about 500 rpm) Anyways, I got a 145.0@41 hz. sealed up on the dash. Yahoo IM - kingsuv00If the listening level is too loud, please inform the driver, so he can promptly pull over, and let you out. not many cars can get me to pluggin my ears but this one.......damn. I mean the first minute is ok but that thing just really starts digging deeper and deeper in your earhole till you cant stand it no more. Seems like it does it with relative ease....16 12's on 8 amps.........gotta love it.
