im done power wise, i dont want or need any more than the t40001

nice stuff man, i remember you from WAY back on ca.com nice to see you over here

yea ive been there since 04/05 i think it was, wasted way too much time over there, ive been a member her too for a while, just never really posted any, i dont post like i used too

You went From 4 T2 15's to 4 LV4 12's....?

why?

i work for a shop that sells RF and other stuff in the vehicle, did a wall full of RF, wall too much for me in a daily driver, took wall out, changing colleges in a month or 2 and going to be leaving to finish up engineering degree, so running subs that i want to, wanted somethign smaller so chose 4 12", got a good deal on the LVL 4's so went that route...following me here? :D

also any opinions, im gonna do Aero ports on this box, never used them before been wanting to try them out

box is gonna be 7-8cu ft, tuning of 34hz, i was originally gonna run 2 6" Aeros, which is ~55sq in port around 15.x long

i get some saying that i need to do 3 6" ports and others saying 2 is fine, like i said never used them before but i thought the point of Flared Aeros was that your able to use a little less than the 12-16sq in rule for port

if i run 3 that will bump the length up to ~27", which will need extra tubes and connectors plus a whole extra port, probably 60-70$more, im planning on the box only being somewhere around 28-30" deep so the ports would be right up aganist the wall with out doing somethign special, so 3 is pretty much out of the question

the other option is a Slot port but i wanted to try something different on this box
