My vote is for the btl 15. With a sundown saz2000 wired at .5 ohms, that's right I said .5 ohms, it has the potential to crush any of the other two setups. I'd expect to get around 2800 watts after rise on the 2000 when you have an upgraded electrical. Instead of just getting two big batteries maybe get youself a ho alt instead and run a big battery in back along with the stock up front.

Back to the enclsure and sub. If the 15 is ported right and in the optimum size box sealed off from the rest of the trunk corrrectly it should be louder than the other combos. You will have all the power on tap that you should need for the btl if you wire it to .5 and the other subs won't move to full x max like the btl would since it's only 1 woofer with all that power. You would benefit from more motor force of 2 12's no matter what brand you do allthough I reccomend Fi over DC for various reasons, but like I said you will be lacking in power to give the subs their full potential unlike the power you would have for the btl.

I've seen several people drop down to 1 subs over two with the same exact power and get louder with a single sub over the pair. Give it some thought because I think that you'll be very surprised with the outcome.

I was wonderin that too... If your a kicker guy l7s can get plenty loud. Or some solo x's if you wanna cough up some extra cash. I have seen both pretty inexpensive too.

ya, I only suggested L7's because he was worried about space.......I have 2 12" solox's.....and they are absolutely retarded....he should get 1 12", I had 1 hooked up for a bit and it is just insane.....

There you go man, 1 12" solo x, 6 cubic ft box, get a zx 2500.1, and not much will be able to touch you. Add a yellow top optima, and u should be under your budget.....

I can give you box specs and ideas if you need them.
