Thanks for all the input everyone, keep it coming. Im already have 6 Saz 2000 coming, on 3 18's in a wall it going in a Lincoln LS, electrical is gonna be 2 300amp alts, and 5 D3100's. But I was also thinking of 6 15's in a clamshell on same power.

you have no idea do you? Rusty didnt start DC audio that long ago. In fact T3 has been out longer. I believe its been around longer than FI. If not it is pretty close. T3 also has some of the loudest rides in the world. Do you know who Bob Perrillo is? They never get any love around here. It has to be FI RF sundown etc here. DC and FI are the first two suggestions you get around here. I hope Steve gets royalties for every FI woofere and RF amp he sells to users on here.

IMO you have 2 really good choices on the woofers.

the BTL as we all know can take a SHIT load of power, meade has roughly 5k per BTL and they are taking it just fine.

THE lvl 5 is everybit as badass as the BTL, I have seen mad power dumped on them and hold up just fine.

The woofer is only one part of the equation, the box will help or hurt the power handling of any woofer, I cannot comment on the other woofers listed here as I havent played with em, I dont think many people anywhere have played with the T3 badboy woofers.

so if I was purchasing and had money to buy what I wanted.

I would flip a coin between the lvl 5 and the BTL, both great companies, both offer excellent customer service and both have High quality products.

I will not lie I would look at the DD's as well, I hear such great things about there products, i just have never played with em.

if never messed with the fi or dc subs, but i have messed with both the t3 and dd subs. hell the 2500 series subs are rated at 750rms, but they like about 1200rms.
