no updates yet....i only have one piece of mdf left and ive decided im going to put a second layer on the sides, back and top. 40 hour check FTL.

also subs have changed again. still deciding at the moment.

I must say, i'm very impressed with the talent you guys have. I don't think I've seen a build yet that didn't include some high quality craftsmanship, you guys make it look easy.

I have 2 reccomendations on subs for you if your interested.

1. If you don't mind spending the money for the 2 Sundown Nightshade's. You can see the numbers that I'm doing with my 15's at 43hz in my car off of only 3400 watts. You may be able to talk to Jacob about getting onto Team Sundown too and would help with the cost of the woofers being so high.

2. If your not interested in joining a team or you don't want to spend a ton of money I'd reccomend the Audio Que HDC3 subs. I have heard them and they get loud. Not to mention that they don't cost a ton of money to begin with.

The box looks great and I'm glad that you decided to double up, you'll be glad that you did when it sounds much better too cause there isn't any box flex. I'm loving the way my box sounds now since I put in some threaded rod to brace it from side to side. There used to be a high freq rattle that is gone now because of the threaded rod.

ok well im gonna get the other side done and double up sides/top/back and also rebuild the port to 8x28 wide, not sure on the length. and that top piece will also be doubled up. i've decided on which 18's but its gonna be about a month...id rather save for a lil bit to get what i want than settle for somethin half assed.
