Nice build, I was kind of watching this build, and for some odd reason never paid attention to the subs

I have a ritual called "terminator". I crouch in the shower in the "naked terminator" pose. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. It helps me get through my day. The only problem is if the shower curtain sticks to my terminator leg. It sorta ruins the fantasy.

:D yep you packed this one well, a little overkill never hurt nothin lol.

well i decided instead of getting a PS3 i went and got a new digital camera. i got the samsung tl100, 12.2 mp, 2.7" LCD, advanced movie mode (MPEG-4). its pretty nice. it doesn't look that loud in the vid but its so loud it hurts my ears and i've never had that before. i'll get more vids tomorrow after i mess with the amp and head unit. i think something is off cause it doesn't really get loud till the volume hits about 27...and it only goes to 35 i believe.

oh and im about 99.9% positive i have no voltage drop cause i have no dimming what so ever. these batteries are badass...i don't even have my DC alt in yet.

i was thinking leave the 12 sitting in the box in the hole and duck tape from the bottom of the sub to the bottom of the baffle so the sub doesnt free air. would that work?

The trunk was flexing sumthin serious and the bad part is your subs and port are facing forward. I would hate to see how far the trunk would flex if your port went into the trunk. I have watched your build from the beginning and I must say you did a good job. I bet it was so relaxing to hear that first bass note after all that hard work. Nice clean install man!

Sounds like it's pretty loud. Does it get a lot louder inside the car when your driving down the road with the windows open opposed to them rolled up? If so you may have it tuned a bit low and it could be louder overall if you tune a few hz higher. It's just a suggestion. Also with the trunk flexing like that I wonder if you may have a little bit of a leak into the trunk from the cabin. I would double check everything to make sure it's not cause you could be losing some serious spl that way. Everything looks and sounds great though, I bet that your pretty happy with it.

Let me know when I can get a demo, I have the 12 inch hdc3's copper on around 2000 @ 2 ohms currently. Waiting on a maxxlink because of phase issues. The it'll be 6000 @2ohms between the pair... Me wants a demo
