In case you were considering it, my vote is for NOT smoking out the tail lights. I like this look here. With smoked out tail lights, it'd be way too much contrast with the super white car and already black rims.

Everything in this build is gorgeous. I wish i had the time on my hands to work on a project like this.

wtf is lolcats?

I'd def get a fat hooker if i had to resort to that kinda thing. I feel like they'd be grateful and work harder. Also its more bang for my buck, more real estate for my dollar if you catch my drift. its like the Costco of streetwalkers.

I was hoping for 150 :(.

I was hoping she would let me put it in her butt

Actually, ignore my last post. If you're gonna darken the rear taillights, smoke them out but don't blacken them completely. Photoshop gave me a better idea of what they'd look like.

Thanks man, I wasnt to sure about them at first but once they cracked the box open for me so i could see them in person I knew I had to have 'em!

Damn man, that photoshop looks sick! I forgot about tinting the tails but definitely wasnt going blacked out, im gonna smoke them just like you said.....gonna do the same to my reverse lights. Im gonna save that photoshop you did, looks sick and gives me a much better idea how its gonna look.

My BayOnTop homie!! hahaha

Clean as fuck in all aspects, maybe if you're down in the bay sometime I can get a demo :pardon:

Just wondering, are the rear deck speakers removed allowing for air flow from the trunk?

Yeah buddy! Thanks man, its not a SS but I keep it clean!

That's part of the reason I took the rear speakers out, the other is so they didn't interfere with the soundstage and imaging of my front stage. My front stage is plenty loud to where I don't need rears, the fronts fill my car with all the mids/highs I need.

Next mod is prepped, painted and ready for installation! Its been ready for about 2 years actually but I have been needing to get a hold of some black vinyl so I can lay that down first but the shop isn't open on weekends and its kinda been out of sight, out of mind. I made time to stop by the shop yesterday and picked up the vinyl so now its just about me putting it on......stay tuned

Grill is on!

It was a pain in the ass to lay down the black vinyl behind the grill (to hide the white from shining through) but after about an hour I got it done, definitely a learning experience.

I just read your entire build and im impressed. That HU plate looks clean as hell man. I love everything you did with your car, also that grill makes it look 10 times better. Have you had any messages pop up that you couldnt clear cause you have an aftermarket deck? i have a 2000 monte with an aftermarket deck and i have a message that just stays up because im too lazy to get someone to clear it for me

Good work on the build man. love it!
