I just found out Stinger makes a 3/0 wire, does anybody have any experience with this wire?

It's expensive wire and because of it's shape requires special terminals which are also expensive. It's flat and made up of three separate runs of wire. It is not three runs of 1/0. It's only equivalent to like three runs of 4awg. You'd be better off with two runs of 1/0 vs one run of this 3/0.

yeah that stuff is crazy looking and them terminals are expensive. you can get a couple of runs of 1/0 cheaper or for a lil more you could get 3 runs.

I do like the flat design though.

welding wire/knukonceptz ftw

2x on the knukonceptz wire from what ive been told is that there wire is over sized and the 1/0 is acctualy 2/0

lol. but i haven't and i don't plan on it. plus i'd probably miss and hit her belly button or her ear or something. lol.

I dont think its over sized. the Knu 1/0 takes up all of a 1/0 ring terminal. the insulation is a little thick though.

Current System:

Pioneer 6900 HU

Front Stage: (for now)

Soundstream tarantula 5.25 in the doors

Soundstream tarantula 4x6 in the dash

Kenwood 400.4 for mids & highs

Bass:

4 Soundstream RW-12's

2 Power Acoustik Stax 4000/1D's

single chamber box, 2.65 cubes.

Currently under the knife being bagged

it is oversized. it even used to be listed on their site as being actual 2/0, but listed as 1/0. and as far as the insulation being thick......yeah right.
