Didn´t know about this topic, i go to the gym 3 times a week, i fucking hate it haha, but i try to keep in shape because i´m 29 years old with a 85 years old man back, i can´t do Abs, back or chest excercises, i need to go to surgery after 5 doctors told me too, but i´m trying not to, i haven´t been able to bend for about 3 years no, i can´t tie my shoes so i have to use big ones or already tied up haha, can´t cut my nails very well, can´t even bend to pick something from the floor, shit sucks right???

Anyways, all i can do without hurting my back even more is cardio, triceps and biceps, so i do bis/tri monday,wednesday and friday just to at least get some "nice" arms for the ladies, any suggestions?? should i be just doing them 2 days a week instead of 3?? i don´t do diets or anything hehe, no need to i guess <_<

Dude, just get the suggested surgeries. Once you rehab and everything, you might be able to stuff you couldn't before. You're only 29, if you wait, you could become completly useless physically. Not fair to yourself or those who will have to take care of you.

Yeah i know man, my best friend wen to the same surgery a couple of years ago and he ended up even worst, i guess i´m just waiting for science on this matter to become a little bit better, my brother and cousin needed laser shit for the eyes (fucking hate english sometimes haha) , my cousing went first and they messed up his vision, my bro waited a couple of years and he´s more than perfect now, guess i´m just waiting for it to be more developed? :peepwall:

Back from the dead for starting to hit the gym again after not following through last semester. I am determined to go this semester due to gaining fat and losing strength. I want to get a prework out supp. what would you guys suggest? I heard jack3d is good, also what do you guys take for post work out supps?

no. this is for converting dc to ac. useful if you want to run a blender inside your car.

I have like a quarter bottle of creatine, and I think I am going to take that for now until i figure out what I am going to get. Then I also have my protein for post workouts.

Ok im trying to figure out why everyone is using these supplements? i mean granted will they help you... most likely but you can do it on your own if you just push yourself i've gained atleast 1 inch around my entire upper body and im 100% natural. and i hardly eat any meat at all. I work out 5-7 days a week. hitting a different muscle group everyday. Make sure you just work out hard and get your heart rate up to get your body in the fat burning/cardio level this will make the intesity of your work out so much better and your results will become more better.
