I shake hands with folks whom I haven't had words with other then, "nice work", "get them in", "shit is kicking my ass", "looking good"........ Earlier this summer some youngsters were acting up and one of the guys that has been in "Muscle and Fitness" twice this year got in their ear fast.... Our gym is for serious work.....
