and BUMP for getting 310 today on bench 1 rep max. SO TOKED! Bench coach def taught me its more mental than you think.

Will go for the big 315 next week after some more rest and training :D

I've been hitting the gym for the last month, only taken 4 days off to rest.... I use to lift 2 years ago but quit after I got tendinitis real bad.... and I have been hitting the gym like a mad man and the tendinitis hasn't shown an signs of coming back.

Dude i got tendinitis when i started lifting seriously like 9 months ago after a 2 year absence from the weight room and i couldnt bend my arms for a week and a half. scary stuff.

And from this paycheck Im gonna get some Jack3d and see how it does, Im excited, Monster energy has done me well for the past week or so but I cant afford that shit anymore :P

Finkster, jack3d is great... I have used a lot of pre workout supps but nothing compares, like anything though you will built a tolerance to it fairly quick.... I usually take a week off, highly recommended tho shit is no joke!

I hear ya on gettin tendinitis and shit man. havent gotten that yet, but I came damn close to herniating myself on decline situps (70 lb. weight on my chest). I also have holner nerve damage in my left arm so I have to wear lifting gloves or itll start to hurt; as well as a bad lower back and sciatica. I just realized Im a fuckin mess haha

Oh well, on Wednesday I'll jump up to 3 scoops and see what it does :D

I take 2 1/2 scoops now.. but thats weird even when I first started out with 1 scoop, I felt like I didn't want to leave the gym for hours lol.
