lil_mac
My radio is, Iguess it's called, a double DIN. How would I make the above radio's fit with out "nigger-rigging" it? you could either get a double din or you could buy a kit that will fit your car and make it into a single din

DGold
What features do you want on the head unit. For example, usb, aux, ipod, eq setting. If you plan on getting an amp, how many preamps? I've been lookin around at head units for about a week(very indecisive). Maybe I came across something thatll fit your needs. BobbyG2
I'm not too sure. I definetely need a sub preamp, and will most likely need a preamp for my mids/highs. And I'll provbably need an aux and USB input on the front, although on the rear is workable (can get cables). I'm actually considering building a computer instead and getting a sound card for better sound quality/more features. wL<3bass
Best budget HU for the price range would be IMO the Pioneer 5000UB 4v preout, full ipod control (fast), good bit of features.....screen is nice and bright so you can actually see it if sunlight shines on it. Boon
The 880RS is an awesome unit. More features than you'll ever work out how to use. If it's for sale for $150 or less I'd grab it. Quote 10.x volts fo' life!
