I dunno why everybody thinks you have to have 5000 watts on a Z to make it loud. They are very efficient subs. For burps yes they can take more and will get louder. When you say he tore the Z to shreds do you mean he broke the cone or fried the coil??? The Z woofers will be plenty loud on 2000 watts a piece. I will be waiting on the vids as well. One day maybe I will be able to switch my 9515F's to some Z9515's!!!!

He scared the coil, ripped throu the spider and blew off the dust cup. Now it out for a recone with stiffer spiders. And I got them installed today and im running 500 watts to each one of them I think people will be suprised vids on the way.
