sorry guys, Pops was here from Florida and although i do have progress, i didnt do as much as i wanted to. Plus, i usually dont work on my rides on Mondays, i like to take mondays off. This week i took Tuesday "off" as well but i did get a LITTLE progress.....i got a new toy.

I am going to be using a headunit as well, undecided, but so far im going with a Mac-Mini (320gb 4g ram) and a 10.2" Touchscreen molded into the dash.

here is some EARLY pics. Screen is on the way so i had to use my 60" Plasma to test this thing out.

Mac is OK. Im not as excited about it as i was BEFORE i got it. Its a PAIN in the ass....when my touchscreen gets here tomorrow or the next day i will mess with it and see if i still like it. If i dont, im gettin rid of it. I will give it a chance but for me, i like PC-Windows better so far.

again, ill hold judgment till i get my little screen.

haha i could so fly him over here in way less time.it would probably take me a week to drive over there and bring him back..i think its like a 30 hour drive ftl.

And yeah im excited..for the most part cause my cdplayer face is jigglin like jello and ejecting cds..on half power FTMFL.So are we setting the norm for 10.2s in the dash?everybody gonna be putting them in like regular headunits i guess? i still have no idea how to covert the speaker out plug (since its only one out on the computer) to rcas to run all 7 amps??but i guess david know all that stuff...or if he dont..i KNOW he knows somebody that does
