Keep in mind that i'm not speaking on behalf of Logan, i'm just making observations from what I've seen and know about the situation. A customer is a customer, regardless of if you're collecting any money from them or not. I don't treat the customers I deal with on a daily basis any different based on whether or not i'm collecting any money from them, after all it's called CUSTOMER service, right? You don't have to agree with MY OPINION so no need for your validation or stamp of approval.
