i'd say the majority would be windows down to gain some extra dbs. but it's also on how your box is build which can bring the score of windows down and windows up closer together, an advatange in street class.

depends on what organization you compete in...like stated above, for dbdrag you have to have everything closed and the meter is on the dash, for MECA you are allowed to have anything open that you want and the meter is at either headrest of your choice (moved from the kick panel, which where it was last year)
