just rebuild your box, add 2 more 18 and thre you go, you got whole new set up

Hardly have enough airspace for 4 15's let alone 4 18's.

I can totally understand that! Seems like it's always about the build. I love to build!

It seems like i change something major every 6 months. :D

Just make sure that the box is optimum for the 15's cause the last thing you want to do is put them in a crappy box. I'd say if you have enough room for 12ish cubes you'll be fine. You could even do up to 14 cubes and be good imo. I like to run my 15's in around 3.6 each for daily, but for spl it's right around 2.9-3 cubes for me. Is this going to be a wall?

I cant tell you what to do but IMO quality beats quantity every time. I had a bad experience with quantity over quality.
