This is very true, everyone that see's steves vids, automatically want RF amps, and Fi Subs, and youtube isnt small so it is much easier to have a group of people responding to emails rather than each talking to one person at a time. Edit: Ok since my post is useless I figured Id redeam it by posting something worthwhile. Fi is a very buisy company but not large enough yet to host a call center like some of the other titan companies (kicker, fosgate, pioneer, etc). There for email is an easier way to keep track of what was said via the customer and sales rep to help avoid any discrepancies about orders and is also alot more affordable than a call center. So in other words shoot scott or nick an email and theyl contact you as soon as they get a chance.
