Thanks Ray.I plan on using SOME sort of retention, wether it be velcro/snaps/glue/hot glue but it should be held in there somehow just cuz I don't trust it to just "chill" in there forever. thats coming out really nice. that vinyl looks really clean too. out of curiosity, what are you doing for neons? If you look back at the build pics...the 3 big slots in the bottom, with 1/2" plexi over them? 3-15" Neons (BLUE) will be mounted IN the bottom/from underneath and shine through to illuminate the interior of the box which is painted white, so it should show up pretty well. Think "mini-version" of my trunk. I still gotta pick up one more tube and "trim" it but I'll get some lighted pix up soon and it should make more sense. With eyes closed I crouch for a minute and visualize either Arnie or the guy from the 2nd movie. I then start to hum the T2 theme. Slowly I rise to a standing position and open my eyes. Kinda sux that he's keepin the stock deck, so it's gotta go line level into the amp, then aux out for the sub amp but I guess it'll save em $$$ on long rca's.
