c_stud
orion isnt exactly cheap.... and you should invest in all your electical first.... then i would start looking for your amps... if you wanted to add the cap after a second battery that would be fine... but alone it will help but not solve any problem..... what'd you suggest? 2 batterys h/o alternator 0 gauge grounds and power? 1998 Nissan 200sx NOW: Dex-p98r head Planet Audio 300.4 mids and highs Planet Audio/Pioneer tweeters/crossovers Skar SK1500.1 3 SKAR Vvx15 dual 4 wired at .
bigbodylexus
"Good" and "Cheap" are never in the same sentence when it comes to amplifiers. I don't have the knowledge that some of the others do but as someone who has been in car audio for 18 years, I would say compare your amp to the engine in your car. It's always better to have too much than not enough. You won't win any speed races in a Chevy Aveo so I would invest some money in a reliable amplifier that won't need a small country to power it but also puts out clean power. Sundown, RF, DAT, those are just a few of the main ones I hear on here. Ultimately you will make the decision. 1990 Chevy Suburban (Big Booty Judy) (4) Sundown Audio Zv5 18's (1) Sundown Audio Salt 12K (1) Sundown Audio SAX-100.4 (1) Sundown Audio SAE-50.4 (2) Crossfire ST-1 Tweeters (2) Obsidian Audio ST-1 tweeters (4) Sundown Audio Neo Pro v3 6.5's Saving 2nd Bass

CaptainzPlanetz
i dont think he wants any DAT's or sundowns or stetsom i think hes lookin for sonys or something cheap because no offense but theres no point in putting thos high end amps with those subs tht arent exactly high end I wouldnt say that, the OPTI drive subs are pretty good, they are beefy as hell to, I think they could handle a good 2000-2500rms a piece. Here is a pic, keep in mind this is a 15" sub. ¿ǝɯɐƃ ǝɥʇ Trolls never learn............ All BS aside, If I see one more comment in here that is NOT about the pre-sale, I will start the vacations. Full eclipse system is next on list.. soon to gut and redo the honda as new project/rolling buissness card i miss the sound of those old school strokers on beast amps
