Opinions on DC lvl 3 10's on a DC 1k?

Recommended Posts

So guys, scrapping my cheapo subs and going for some real man subs now.

Gotta love the customer service and info Rusty has given me so I want to go with DC.

I have a nice box that I built for two 10's that should be perfect. So I am thinking 2 level 3 10's on a DC 1k.

Guys think that's a good combo? Shall it slam?

Note: Still debating moving to level 4's or 12's. I have stock electrical and am only willing to upgrade battery at this time.

Other opinions on what to run DC wise.

a single 12" level 4 off the same amp

kinda not many options to give you since you already made the box.

The box wasnt made for them, was made for two different subs...but just thinking since I had it laying around.

Wouldnt 2 10's be more cone area and louder though?

2 10's FTMFW!!!

Ask Rusty for lvl 4 coils and an extra spider :) I ordered 1 lvl 3 10 for a single DC 1000.1! Set up just like I said :)

I'll take 2 10's over a single 12 any day!!

I will talk to him about it.. (check your pm's)

2 of those 10s will do great off that amp, and that amp will put out more than 1000 watts if im not mistaken

I have a feeling it will too

2 tens. specs on box?

2.257 cu ft at 32.5hz

x2 on 2 lvl 3 10s!

Thanks for the input
